What currency does Crowdmade accept and how do exchange rates affect my transaction?

Crowdmade only accepts payments in US dollars (USD). Depending on the default currency for your bank or credit card account, your financial institution might charge a nominal fee for the currency exchange to USD before the transaction can be completed.

In the event that an entire transaction needs to be refunded, we will be reversing the transaction in full based on the USD amount that was initially captured. Depending on the default currency for your bank or credit card account, your financial institution might also charge a nominal fee for the conversion from USD back to the original currency before the refund can be completed.

All transactions that take place on Crowdmade are collected and refunded only in USD. For buyers who prefer to use an alternative currency to USD, it is their responsibility to observe the most up-to-date exchange rate with their financial institution.

Please note: Due to the fluctuation in currency exchange rates, the refund may be for a different amount than what was initially paid.
